Postpartum Doula Services

Help your new family get off to the best start from your very first night at home. Whether you need me 1 night a week or 7 nights a week, I will support you with:

• Education on Parenthood and Lactation 
• House laundry
• Newborn Care
• Washing and sanitizing bottles/pump parts
• Help you and your family maximize their sleep and gently guide your baby towards night sleeping. 

*This package may be extended up to your baby's 6-month birthday.

*Quantity of days and hours may change according with family necessities.

Focused on bonding with the newborn and reducing household responsibilities. I will also support you with: 

• Napping solution for your baby to create healthy sleep habits.
• Education on Parenthood and Lactation.
• House Laundry
• Simple Meal Preparation
• Errands
• Minimum of 4 hours per day and 2 days a week.

 I'm available for work 24/7, live in, and travel with families if needed,
